As a general rule, we rent out complete apartments, as this is usually more cost-effective. However, some accommodations also offer individual room rentals. Feel free to ask us about your options

Our accommodations typically include a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals. Additionally, numerous shopping facilities are conveniently located nearby.

How does the booking process work?

  1. Request: Send us your inquiry with your desired dates, number of guests, and other requirements.
  2. Offer: We will provide you with a personalized offer.
  3. Booking: Once you confirm the offer, you will receive an invoice in German with 7% VAT. A separate invoice will be sent for cleaning and a security deposit (which can be avoided by sending us a photo of your ID or passport).
  4. Payment: Transfer the total invoice amount to the landlord’s account.
  5. Arrival: You will receive all the necessary details for your arrival, including the address, WLAN code, and key box code.
  6. Cleaning: for longer stays every 2 weeks we do a regular cleaning and bed linen change for an additional charge.
